POLICE PRELIMINARY REPORT DELIVERED TO THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S MAGISTRATE

The Police preliminary report about Madeleine's investigation was delivered, this morning, to the Public Prosecutor's Magistrate in charge of the investigation. Today, an official statement from the head of Public Prosecutor's Office, is expected. Meanwhile, Portuguese Justice Minister, Mr. Alberto Costa, came forward with a strong defence of Polícia Judiciária investigation of Madeleine McCann's disappearance. Speaking in Brussels, Mr. Alberto Costa said that he “has total confidence in the work of Polícia Judiciária” which is doing his job “using all of its legal powers and with all the necessary resources.” Mr. Alberto Costa told that “what we all wish and what we all need, is this case to be solved.”
